Our flat for two people, is situated on the second floor, entrance is through the house. The flat is of open plan design. It has a well-equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar and two stools. There is a comfortable lounge area with a colour television. Here too, is a very large Velux window, which opens up and out to form a balcony/window seat, from where a view of the bay and coastline can be enjoyed.

The bedroom area has a double bed and there is a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. There is another window here, which overlooks a well-maintained garden to the back of the house. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, washbasin and W.C. From the flat, by way of steps and a hatch door, guests can use a private sunbathing area on the rooftop (sun not guaranteed!). From here there is a bird's eye view of the village, harbour and coastline.

The flat is maintained to a high standard, cosy and comfortable. Guests are very welcome to use our garden and patios at the front of the house and a barbeque is available. We have a private car parking area, but cars are parked at their owners risk.

Occupancy is from 1pm on a Saturday and we ask that the flat is vacated by 10am on the following Saturday, however, out of season short breaks are a possibility.

A double duvet and pillows are provided but we ask guests to bring their own linen and towels. The flat is centrally heated, and there is also a night storage heater for use when necessary. An electricity meter feeds the lights and cooker, but hot water and heating is included in the tariff.
